Can't write to the website user, but i've never added him to the blacklist.

In true, there can be three reasons from your site, but people usually looks only on blacklist:

• User can be out of your own requirements to potential partner. So if you've specified that you are looking for 24-28 years old person, you won't be able to write to someone who 29 y.o.



• You could block the country of person you trying to write. You may unblock any country at anytime in the 'My settings' → 'Countries blacklist' section.



• And at last, you could blacklist user himself. But it's not a problem, to unbock him, just go 'My settings' → 'Users blacklist' section.
