..I've followed the links and made the paypal payment, and received a receipt saying its been paid, but still my credits show as 0 ? Can anyone point me in the direction of what I'm doing wrong ? I figured it'd just automagically credit itself, but doesn't appear to have.. The only source of confusion might be that my paypal account is using a different email address to the one I signed up with here.. Thanks for any advice on this.. Andy

I have such a process behind me and had the money back ordered! I would get the money back through my bankkonto, on suspicion of Internet fraud. They also have a deadline, in fraud cases, up to one year. This often happens with PAYPAL. Meanwhile, this type of bank known internationally for its approach and has several court cases and because of that.

BEWARE OF PAYING FOR CREDITS! I have been a paid (Premium) member here for years. Always paying for a group of 10 credits via PayPal. Realizing my last credit was to expire the end of June, I purchased 10 more (like always); thank goodness via PayPal. After paying (6 June 2014) my account was still not credited. Due to such (no credit), my account resorted back to a free user, causing me losing all of my premium privileges. Prior to being a free user again, (via the Help/Customer Service portal), I wrote the admin on two separate occasions without receiving a response or due credits to my account. I opened a PayPal dispute a couple of weeks away and still no response from the admin or owner. As of today I formally submit a PayPal claim to fully refund my account for the amount paid. I was extremely happy to pay and enjoyed some of the perks of a Premium member. Hoped my small contribution would be appreciated to the continuation of this website. Someone has obviously fell asleep at the wheel, no longer cares, or perhaps both. I welcome to the word of free users everywhere!
