Yes have heard that before but the translations from russian to english or dutch are not all that bad. ButI am curious. How do you russians do that with the keyboards. I imagine you have ciryllic signs on the keyboards how do you write english with them?

Each key on a russian keyboard has the corresponding latin letter and you just gotta remember what is what. Or you can glue little pieces of paper on every key with the designated latin letter. That's what I 've heard but technology may have solved this by now. As far as translators, I haven't come across one that wasn't funny or annoying for that matter as of yet. Sometimes I receive letters written that way from supposedely FSU folks. Needless to say where they go

But Ciryllic has more letters doesn't it?

Yes but keep in mind that the writers must first get their spelling correct. I think that's what gives the most funny and annoying results.

I think I should clarify here, I sometimes receive letters from folks in Russia written in "translator russian" which pretty much proves that they are not what they present themselves to be.

There are keyboards with both Russian and Latin alphabet))))))) The Russian letter "б", for example, takes the place of ",". "Ю" is in the place of "." and so on. So, there is a place for all the 33 letters of the Russian alphabet!)))) And even for my Bashkir alphabet which has 42 letters!
